What is the best thing to clean my ear piercing with? The things that people tell me to use the most is alcohol, peroxide and some even said to use Spectro Gel. What should I use?

what kinda persons do that, because i was thinking to get my left ear-pierced.
persons means not those who’s ear is pierced but wht kinda professional do ear piercing…?
does it hurt a lot, is it bearable?
